KAPLA

Kapla is a construction game with small wooden planks, designed to stimulate children’s imagination. The name comes from Dutch ‘Kabouter Plankjes’, meaning little gnome planks.

The idea for the Kapla basket emerged when Olivier realized the rest material of the animals could in fact be used as building blocks.

In this design, Olivier creates a natural balance by playing with the empty space.
